M. Kathi Rawls

First off I want to thank Kathi and her staff for all the hard work they put into my auto fraud case over the last three years . In the beginning I spoke to numerous lawyers about my case before meeting Kathi. She was the only one that actually knew the law in this matter and wasnt scared to take on... a "Big Dealership". The dealership did everything they could to discredit and to make me out to be a liar,but Kathi and her team worked week after week, month after month to prove our case. The whole experience was the hardest thing I ever had to go through but in the end and because of the tireless effort and the continued belief in my case we had a favorable outcome. Ms. Rawls took on a case that, on the surface, appeared to be a simple case of fraud; however, it "ballooned" into a much more complicated and far-reaching case of consumer fraud dealing with the sale of salvage vehicles as "clean" titles!!
