When Mr. Goodin began practicing law, he was a partner in a small general practice firm, and later transitioned to a firm that specialized in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, representing debtors, creditors and interested parties, both individuals and businesses, as well as representing a Chapter 7 panel Trustee. Mr. Goodin's bankruptcy experience includes Chapter 7 cases, Chapter 13, Chapter 11 business reorganizations, and Chapter 12 family farms.
Our office is located in a historic landmark school building, the Old School Business Center. The building was originally construction in 1927, and reconstructed a year later after almost burning to the ground. There are rumors that the building is haunted! In the 1980's the school was sold to private owners, and the classrooms were redesigned into offices and for other unique purposes. Most of the original fixtures remain in tact, and the halls are decorated with the original class composites. Its a great home for us and we always enjoy showing our visitors around the old school.
