I was blessed to have Mr. Wagner and his associates as my Counsel in a Paternity Case where the safety and well being of my 3 yr old dtr was concerned. From day one I was given understanding and compassion. I was a single mother in transition of my career but they worked with me and allowed me to provide an above average counsel to my case. Ultimately I receive more than I dreamed of in the decision and I attribute most of that to Mr Wagner and his Firm. I am eternally in their debt. At a low time in my life I was able to gain such wonderful counsel. I also needed other counsel for another matter and he gave me another wonderful referral. I was truly blessed from having him as my lawyer.

Before beginning a career in law, I worked in the photography industry in both sales of supplies, cameras, etc. but also as a Studio Grip and lab tech. I started the Photojournalism program at the University of Missouri but before completing my degree opened a camera store in Columbia Missouri. My wife (of 34 years) Kerry was accepted into the OCU Law School in 1989 so we moved to Oklahoma City.

I worked for 3 years with Glamour Shots / Candid Color Systems and attended Law School myself between 1992 and 1995.

Kerry and I practiced together from July 1997, until she died on April 22, 2018. Jon Gores joined the firm in 2013 and has been assisting with and/or handling most Family Law, Adoption, Personal Injury and Employment discrimination cases since since February 2013 when he joined the firm.

Family Law

Robert Wagner helped our family in a Child Custody case. To avoid extenuating coast he mediated with both parties involved representing us. Robert was able to get both parties to come to a reasonable agreement He based all information presented on the child's report of events as the child was of age to be heard in court. I would, and am currently using Mr.Wagner's Services in current legal matters. I find him very informative and up to date on current family law.

Questions about Probate

I spoke with Jon Gores about a complicated probate situation. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me perfectly! I was so lost and confused about our situation before I called him. He was very kind and I highly recommend him!

Out of the answers to my question, I could tell yours was provided with great attention to details.

Other answers provided general advice about similar situations. Although my case is out of the ordinary and the explanation lengthy, Robert John Wagner gave my question the attention it needed rather than a general skim-through answer. Thank you!

Out of State Dad

I am an out of state Father whose son resides in Oklahoma City. I hired Wagner Law firm to represent me in a paternity / visitation case.’I basically had nothing set on paper before I went into it. They gave me advice and got every necessary paperwork filed as well as appearing in court. I have a little ways to go before I see the results I would like but they helped guide me with the best of their ability and were very fair in terms of cost. Mr. Wagner

he is just about the nicest person you wanna meet and talk too. Very informative and gives great advice. although my case was time barred. He still spoke with me for over an hour discussing things.. I highly recommend Mr. Wagner and his office staff...

He really helped.

Mr. Wagner gave me extremely practical advice to get me out of an extremely tight situation. He was excellent. Really nothing more that I could add. If you are in OKC and in need of matrimonial legal-fu he is your guy.
