Dan Davis got me a nice settltment, but never told me that when I filed my disability I had to pay my part back. Then they handled my disability case and got it approved, now after six years with them,I find out I have to pay back my part of the WC settlement, and apparently SS is using the wrong fig...ures and dates to figure my disability.
