Awful law firm!

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was suing for social security disability for my son who was born with only half a heart. I would leave several messages and could never get any one to call me back, and when they would call me they could never answer any of my questions all they would ...say is "I don't know" or " I'm not sure I will get back to you" and then I wouldn't hear from them. They wasted to much time so I wasn't able to receive any of the back pay, and I was the one who had to go to the social security office to get anything done. My son is now finally getting his social security but not from any help of dan Davis! My advice to you is find someone who understands the seriousness of your case and keeps you informed and up-to date the whole time. Good luck!

Utterly and completely disappointed.

The assistant for my case (and the only person I ever spoke to, however rarely that was), dodged my questions, delayed paperwork that cost me the money I spent to get a loan delivered extra early. She never answered her phone, instead monitoring calls and not returning them until late the next day. I... had numerous issues with her, but my attorney was rarely in the picture, and the times I did speak with him (at hearings, only), he was brief and not the "bulldog" I was told to expect him to be. He came off as indifferent and bored, truth be known. They had me sign a document stating I would not file for disability for THREE YEARS after the case settled. So here I am, unable to work and unable to get help. I wish someone had warned me ahead of time. I was disappointed with everyone I met. They didn't seem to take their jobs seriously. I was merely a paycheck and it was a rush to the payday, without regard for how it ended for ME. Please, if you're seeking a law firm, do your research first. Find one that truly does have you in mind, and wants to help you get what you need, no matter how long or hard they have to fight to get it. You don't want to end up like me. Good luck!

Excellent! Would not want any other law firm on my side!

Dan Davis, Ryan Dexter and Kim Mullins of this Law firm have done nothing but deliver everything that they have promised and then some. I'm more than happy with this lawfirm! I have received an above standard rate of attention and compassion from the entire staff. I have been completely thru the work... comp/surgery and settlement process and have came out really well and now as I am finishing up a permanent Social Security Disability claim, I have to admit that I'm VERY confident and VERY pleased I chose Dans Office because they have delivered 110% and who knows where I'd be if I hadn't hired his firm to represent me thru all of this. Thanks to Dan D. and R. Dexter, I have hope in the future, again. Call them. They DO win! They DO care and they DO show up to play ball. You choose. Do you want winners on your side or some half-wit, wonna be, whos trying to be a big shot?! Call Dan.

I highly recommend The Law Office of Dan Davis

If I ever need an attorney for anything I would only want this Firm . Ryan Dexter handled my stressful disability claim and I received my benefits within 90 days . S.P. Earlsboro

DONT hire Dan Davis

Dan was a shadow in the background of my case! He would not follow thru on lingering issues and when a court date would come up to resolve an issue he would rather shake hands in the lobby then go before the judge, hence issues remained unresolved. I was constantly doing my own footwork and had to st...ay on his firms heals DAILY! He is a socialist, cares more about star status then his clients. He doesn't like to wrinkle anyone's feathers and avoids confrontation. I've had 3 surgeries! I fired him and found excellent council who has resolved more issues and done more work for me in 3 months than he did in a year 1/2! Do your homework before hiring an attorney.
