Daniel Martin Davis

Dan Davis got me a nice settltment, but never told me that when I filed my disability I had to pay my part back. Then they handled my disability case and got it approved, now after six years with them,I find out I have to pay back my part of the WC settlement, and apparently SS is using the wrong fig...ures and dates to figure my disability. My lawyer with the firm, Roger, laughed at me and flat refused to find out why he had been paid in full and I have received nothing and can't find out when I might get anything or even how much it might be!
