A satisfied client!
As a result of a major motor vehicle accident in Massachusetts (due to the fault of another individual), my wife and I both sustained multiple traumatic injuries. Losing is not in his vocabulary
I am an attorney and had co-counseled with Frank in the past. His expertise, work ethic and knowledge was excellent and impressive. Recently, my wife and I were in a serious car wreck caused by another driver and Frank was my first choice of attorneys. The outcome was typical of Frank's work and we were not disappointed. I rate him an 11 out of 10 possible points.

An excellent attorney.
I've known Mr. Bailey for sixteen years. In my first encounter I was a witness in a case of negligence that involved a life-changing event for his client. Mr. Bailey quickly interviewed me and captured it on video/audio. He indicated folks often forget specifics or seemingly minor details that can make a huge difference.in the outcome of a case.. I was impressed. As p[resident and publisher of a newspaper I had several occassions to seek his advice. Those situations were not necessarily something that led to litigation. Some of that advice may have very well made the difference in something going into litigation or not. Finally, I had a personal situation that led me to Mr. Bailey. His low key but effective approach solved a significant problem for me; and without litigation. For many reason, I can say without hesitantion that Frank Bailey is an excellent attorney. His intellect and experience have served me well. as they may youl. I highly recommend him.
