My Immigration case -Waiver
In 2008 my case was denied. We got a attorney in our area. we paid thousand for his service and ended up getting deported. we were referred by a friend to Mr. Herrera. we had to travel 2 1/2 hours to go see him in Arkanasa from Oklahoma. Mr. Herrera knew about my case and what the other attorney needed to do but did not. Mr. Herrera was so knowledge about my case and he explain to us how my case was going to be and what to expect. When I ended up getting deported and me and my wife decided to get Mr. Herrera as our attorney and paid what we needed to pay..I was very pleased that I was able to pay in payments. My wife was also doing research of What Mr. Herrera was saying and everything was exactly what he said. I had to leave the US and back to my country for 2 year. but Mr. Herrera helped my wife so much with my case. Mr. Herrera is very knowledgeable of his job and how to treat his clients. My wife did not had to travel to Arkansas everything was done via email, mail etc. We are very pleased with his work and giving us honest answer of what we were going to expect. I definitley will refer Mr. Herrera to anyone that needs help with their immigration case. Thank You Mr. Herrera.

Lawsuit against a car lot
When we brought this case to Mauricio, we didn't know what to expect. He did good explaining the process and what actions we could take. It was a long process, almost an entire year before we finally settled out of court. I went to mediation without my husband due to him working out of town, however I did have Mauricio and he was very supportive and knowledgeable. He didn't get back to every phone call and email but when he did he was very helpful.
