I have practiced law in Little Rock since August 1984. I had my first jury trial in September, 1984.  I have litigated a wide variety of matters including businesslitigation, real estate issues, admiralty cases, bankruptcy issues, family lawmatters, personal injury claims, fire loss cases and white collar criminalcases.

I have had at least one familymember actively practicing law in Arkansas since the 1870's.  This is a professional history that I try to honor in my practice.

Don tells it like it is and he is honest
I have contacted two other lawyers before Don to review a problem I had. Both encouraged me to file a lawsuit. Don listened to my issues and then explained to me while I had an excellent case that we could probably win, I would most likely just break even financially. Along with that there would be lots of stress and frustration. If you are looking for someone to tell you the truth regarding your situation, Don is the guy. Next time I find myself needing a lawyer, Don will be who I go with.

My experience with Mr. Don Campbell
Mr. Campbell is my lawyer for my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. If you need to file for bankruptcy and you live in Arkansas you should call him first. I spoke with several firms before I called him and was told by one to give up and walk away from the home I raised my children in, when I told him that they would not listen or help me he said that he would make them listen and he DID. I am still in MY home today and that was 3 years ago. He will walk you through every step of the way. Please give him a call it is a call that you will never regret making. Don't let where you live in Arkansas keep you from calling him I do not live near Little Rock and yet he was still able to help me.

He completely understood my question and what needed to be done
I have had peace of mind ever since I got his answer that paved the way for me to not lose my rights in a real estate foreclosure that I should have waited to go bankrupt after the property sold and even the time for being a resident in Arkansas was not reached when another lawyer said I didn't need to wait to go bankrupt-- even with all that against me, I am relying on DKC III's advice to help me not have lien or lose this house or garnishment of social security and pension either ( since am unable to work while my husband is quadriplegic the past 3 years with a breathing tube, feeding tube) we would've suffered even more tragedy!. Hard working attorney
Our experience with Mr. Campbell and Mr. Grooms was exceptional. They were very honest and candid about everything they did for us. I have never seen a team be so dedicated and hard working as they were for us throughout our lawsuit and expecially in preparing, and going through the experience of a jury trial. My father was a criminal judge, and even he commented about how impressive his knowledge concerning the case and his skill in cross examining. By the time our case was over, we truly felt that he cared for us, and our case. We know our win in court was because of the collaboration and execution of our case by both Mr. Campbell and Mr. Grooms. We recommend them without reservation to our friends, because they are straight-forward, hard-working and extremely professional. Great experience with Don
We were very lucky to have Don with us. His knowledge of the court system as well as his relationships with many of the other lawyers and judges is incredibly valuable. Mr. Campbell gave me the opportunity to create a better life for myself and daughter!
Mr. Campbell has truly been an inspiration and positive force through this difficult transition. He has provided a way out of a dark place and I felt like he really cared. He listened to every word I expressed about concern for what was best for my daughters life and our safety! When in court, he showed confidence and a knowledge of everything he presented before the judge. This divorce wasn't about who was wrong or right. It is however, about making this opportunity better for my family. To me, this divorce which was presented in a professional manor was the beginning of a better life for myself and daughter!

Don Provided Solid Legal Guidance And Support Through The Bankruptcy Process
My wife and I were referred to Don by another attorney we trust. We thought our Chapter 7 bankruptcy case would be complicated. It involved sizeable credit card debt and loans. Our assets included a trust, multiple pension and retirement plans, multiple vehicles, a gift to one of our children and other items. We wanted to legally exclude and protect as much of our estate as possible. Don successfully helped us meet that goal. Don took the time to meet with us and carefully explain the relevant details as he stepped us through each part of the bankruptcy process. He provided intelligent and accurate counsel and, very importantly, he explained the details about the look-back period for gifts and charitable contributions to help us understand our position. Hand-in-hand with the legal process, and perhaps equally as important, was the personal support and encouragement that Don provided. The emotions that surround the process of filing for bankruptcy can be brutal. Don’s perspective on things helped calm our emotions, settled our nerves, and helped us realize that we were not “bad” people for filing bankruptcy. What a sense of relief we felt when Don delivered the bankruptcy discharge order! The discharge turned out even better than we had hoped for. We are truly grateful to Don for his help and the results he helped us achieve.

Pure scumbag in thefilth
He screwed up and f***** up my case what should have been a simple walk from a so-called aggravated assault the victim didn't want to press charges but the state of Arkansas insisted the results I got 5 years in prison all because he didn't do his job up hauling the witness to court for Superior in the witness this is back in 1985 he was incompetent then and he's incompetent now buyer beware

LOST MY CASE AFTER 5 YEARS
HE LOST MY 5 YEAR OLD CASE BECAUSE HE DID NOT DO HIS HOMEWORK AT ALL . STUDDIED MY CASE THE DAY BEFORE TRIAL. HE ACTED LIKE HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE HAD SHAKY HANDS WHILE HE WAS GIVING HIS CLOSING ARRGUMENT TO THE JURY. I SHOULD HAVE WON THIS CASE THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ME NOT TO. NOW I'M $ 30,000.00 IN DEBT. THANKS TO MR.DONALD KENNEDY CAMPBELL III.
