Good attorney seemed genuine
Roger Morgan helped me out on a case with a collection agency, he was affordable and very responsive. I ended up getting a judgment but it was a lot less than their original demand.

Dilatory, Dishonest, Disingenuous and Disengaged

Real estate issue
He dropped my case after accepting to represent me and after starting proceedings. Left me hanging!!!

Estate Trusts
He "rewrote" an irrevocable trust, causing great stress and trouble for the heirs of the estate. After consulting three other lawyers that were knowledgeable in this area (at considerable costs) we are in the process of undoing the damage by him.
