I help families, small business owners, churches, non-profits, and ministries be more secure, effective, and efficient with legally defensible processes and documents.
I am currently the Managing Attorney at Church General Counsel, a law firm dedicated to helping churches manage their legal compliance efforts. I do the same for small businesses through General Counsel Attorney. I also do estate planning and family law through Bryant Wealth and Family Law Associates.
Before getting back into the full time practice of law, I was the Adult Discipleship Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas and double as General Counsel. I have addressed matters regarding corporate governance, constitutional law, employment law, contracts, taxation, leasing, and more for this church of over 50 employees and 2,000 members. As part of my pastoral and spiritual guidance practice, I offer alternative dispute resolution to anyone who needs it.
Before coming on staff at First Baptist Rogers, I was a private practitioner in Rogers. My primary areas of practice were in family and criminal law, although I also have experience in business formation and governance, estate planning, taxation, employment, civil litigation, and other general areas of practice.

Very broad knowledge of law
Josh has been my attorney for almost a year. He is very approachable and communicative. He has done a variety of documents for me; setup an SCorp and in the process of creating an LLC. If I ever have a question he is always available to visit and can break it down into easy to understand verbiage.
