Birc was amazing at his job! I was arrested for DWI and picked up parked in a parking lot. I hadn't been drinking that day except for one beer while I was out on my property work and when I was done I forgot in my truck, well I was given a new medication that I started later that evening. After I too...k it I went to the store and that's the last I remember until the next morning. Birc was able to get my doctor and other information need to explain to the judge what had happened and that I wasn't intoxicated but had had an adverse reaction the medication and in fact had a seizure and the was what happened.
