Birc was the worst lawyer I ever could’ve asked for. I decided to hire him for a case in 2015, thinking that he or anyone else could get me off (I was innocent) of the Petty crime of Disorderly conduct. I worked double shifts to pay him, and on the day of court he didn’t even show up to be there with... me. He convinced me to take a deal, even when the other side didn’t even have evidence, I paid court costs and STILL to this day the arrest is dinging my record and causing me to have Hastles to apply to other jobs. Contacted him to expunge the case and he took months, and still never got it done! I asked for a refund and it took more weeks before I received it! George "Birc" Morledge went into this case knowing that I had 2 Y felonies to deal with along with 3 misdeamenors, all being violent charges in Washington County. Washington County being appx. 4 hours away from Little Rock while I was living in Columbus, Ohio at the time due to a recent move. I was sentenced 4 years probation with the chance to expunge all charges after 2 years with low fines. I ended up getting transfered to Ohio and am now living here with no issues. Mr. Marlins got me out of every charge he got me probation and it turned all of my charges into three misdemeanor charges and had everything else dropped he was a great attorney I would recommend him to anyone anyone of my friends he's very professional always in contact with me always reassuring me ...that everything will be ok and still in contact with me to make sure I'm doing everything okay and then my probation officer is doing when you're right and it's going to help me further by helping me get my record expunged I would definitely recommend him to anybody that would have a problem in or around Little Rock
