Last year my son got in some trouble and I was looking for an attorney so he can turn himself in. I contacted Birc and he advised me on what to do before I even retained him. During the court process Birc was always hands on and kept me informed of everything that was going on due to me living in a t...otally different state. My son was facing life in jail without the possibility of parole or the death penalty, Birc made it where my son only has to do 8 years...8 YEARS! Driving home from Texas we were pulled over going 88 on the interstate. On the morning of July 3rd, 2019 my brother was confronted, shot, and injured by his neighbor’s boyfriend. During the heat of the shooting, my brother did fire back in self defense. My brother then ran to the apartment manager and called for help. When the police and ambulance came, they took some st...atements and took my brother to the hospital. While my brother was in hospital care, the shooter falsely accused my brother of robbery and the Conway Police Department without a doubt, took his word for it and picked my brother up a little while after he was released from the hospital and arrested him on Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Burglary, & Aggravated Assualt charges. Two Class Y Felonies and one Class D Felony. Two days later at court, they hit him with a half a million dollar bond, $500,000, and this was all on his first offense. He has never been in trouble before. His next court date was two weeks away, things weren’t looking too good, and we knew we needed a lawyer badly. We were given a couple different attorneys to choose from but I decided to take it upon myself to research and review some on my own. While researching, I came across Birc Morledge and instantly loved what I saw! Reviews, awards, and everything. I knew he would be the best one to go with! He called me one morning telling me he had great news, he was able to talk them into lowering my brother’s bond to $25,000 and we may be able to get him home that same night if we could afford the bond. He told me to call everyone to deliver the good news, at this point everyone was excited and anxious to hurry and get my brother home, and we were able to the next day! My brother has been back home now for a month and all charges against him has been dropped, his case has been thrown out, and his name has been cleared, thanks to Birc Morledge! Two Y Felonies and a D Felony all gone! Thank you sooo much Birc! Thank you a million times. I don’t know what we would have did without you. You saved my brother from the system and saved us a lot of money.
