Jennifer’s legal experience includes working as a law clerk for the Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District in Pulaski County, Arkansas, where she assisted in and prosecuted district court cases in Little Rock.  Jennifer has also clerked for the office of the Arkansas Attorney General, where she assisted in the prosecution of Medicaid Fraud.

Today, Jennifer brings her extensive experience into private practice.  In making her decision to found The Lancaster Law Firm, she relied on her deep passion for helping people and her dedication to making sure things are made right.  Her dedication to her clients is a hallmark of her legal services.

Jennifer is a national level figure competitor And an Ironman 70.3 finisher. She was selected as one of Saline County’s Most Extraordinary people in 2014. She enjoys health and fitness, scuba diving, snow skiing, running, reading, playing the piano, and she is passionate about animal welfare and animal rescue. Jennifer is the Founder and Director of The Lancaster Animal Project, Inc. Jennifer lives in Benton, Arkansas with her husband, Clint, their daughter, Victoria, and their dogs.

A lawyer that responds!
I have worked with Jennifer for three years now. When we initially filed for bankruptcy she handled everything quickly and effectively. Now even after all this time if I have a question I can send her an email and she always responds. That means so much to me. I felt valued by her and her staff. Her firm is 2 1/2 hours from me, and she made so many accommodations for us so that we didn’t have to travel back and forth during our initial filing. I will always be grateful for her.

Last year, an unthinkable situation happened in our family. Our best advice came from another family member living out of state who said "hire a good local lawyer". Knowledgeable team
A few years ago, I landed in the middle of an impossible financial crisis. Well, to me it was impossible but after a few minutes in a consultation with Jennifer I knew that everything would work out. Jennifer confidently explained the options of action and after making a decision we started the paperwork. Since then Jennifer has taken care of any issues that i had quickly and professionally. SHE'S THE BEST!!!!!
Jennifer has been my bankruptcy attorney since 2014. Anytime we had a problem or concern Jennifer was there to assure us everything would be OK and she handled everything for us. Just recently she filed a motion for me to get a new car and got it approved!!! Hands down the best attorney ever!

Exactly who we needed
We had already retained a different attorney but he failed to move forward in a timely manner. We were referred to the Lancaster firm where we retained Jennifer and she assured us that they work in a timely manner. She proved that this was true and everything was filed and done within a month, 3 weeks having been the other party dragging feet. She built my confidence up when I was unsure of how to speak to the other party. We were very pleased with her work and will return to Jennifer Lancaster in the future, if necessary.
