Beyond Words, Layne gives HOPE and a way to take your Life back

If you are looking for a lawyer that sees you as a human being and has your best interest of your family and yourself in-mind- you are in luck. With Layne, unlike a lot of lawyers you are more than just a case number. She will leave no stone unturned to help guide you with patience and understand, ...no matter your circumstance. Gillespie Review

Ms. Gillespie was always available and easy to contact and communicate with. She did an excellent job of explaining the process and calming my fears - very knowledgeable and compassionate through a most nerve-wracking experience.

Caring and knowledgeable

Layne did a wonderful job explaining the whole process and cared about us as people. She went above and beyond to help guide us through the process and was an advocate for us. We would have been lost without her. She was very responsive to all my questions.

Our Attorney for Life!

When life throws a curve ball and one is faced with mounting debt and/or exploring bankruptcy, it is a stressful and scary time. I reached out to Layne Gillespie in a cry for help. She responded to me promptly and set up our consult almost immediately. I didn't know anything about filing bankruptc...y, but she broke it all down for us: the different chapters, pros & cons of each, and even informed us of an option of settle our debt! She provided to us solutions with options—in addition to a wealth of knowledge and experience. In addition, she is incredibly personable, kind, and warm - making you feel very comfortable and at-ease. She has taken care of multiple cases for us now and each time, advocates for us and treats us like a priority. We have found our attorney for life! We are so grateful to her.

Layne Alieves Any Shame

It's embarrassing and people pass judgement on what kind of person you must be, when you mention bankruptcy. Ms. Layne Gillespie is not one of those to pass judgement. I walked into her office ashamed and walked out feeling confident, even positive about my financial future. I didn't know anything ab...out filing bankruptcy, but Layne broke it all down, the differences between Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and an option of debt settlement that I wasnt aware of, and made it all easy to understand. Together we went through my debts, statements, and financial situation. We discussed all of the options open to me, but the most important discussion was about MY FUTURE. Ms. Gillespie prefers to be called Layne, and you will understand why after you meet with her, it's like you're sitting down with your really smart friend and asking for their advice. No judgment what so ever, just a caring and kind friend.
