Jennifer M. Lancaster is the Managing Partner of The Lancaster Law Firm. Her practice focuses on Bankruptcy, Business Litigation, and Contract Disputes.
Jennifer is one of Saline County’s top bankruptcy attorneys. She handles Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies for clients throughout Central Arkansas.
Jennifer has successfully helped her clients save their homes from foreclosure, get money that has been garnished by a creditor returned to the client, and she has helped save clients’ businesses.
Jennifer’s legal experience includes working as a law clerk for the Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District in Pulaski County, Arkansas, where she assisted in and prosecuted district court cases in Little Rock. Jennifer has also clerked for the office of the Arkansas Attorney General, where she assisted in the prosecution of Medicaid Fraud.
Today, Jennifer brings her extensive experience into private practice. In making her decision to found The Lancaster Law Firm, she relied on her deep passion for helping people and her dedication to making sure things are made right. Her dedication to her clients is a hallmark of her legal services.
Jennifer is a national level figure competitor And an Ironman 70.3 finisher. She was selected as one of Saline County’s Most Extraordinary people in 2014. She enjoys health and fitness, scuba diving, snow skiing, running, reading, playing the piano, and she is passionate about animal welfare and animal rescue. Jennifer is the Founder and Director of The Lancaster Animal Project, Inc. Jennifer lives in Benton, Arkansas with her husband, Clint, their daughter, Victoria, and their dogs.

SHE'S THE BEST!!!!!
Jennifer has been my bankruptcy attorney since 2014. Anytime we had a problem or concern Jennifer was there to assure us everything would be OK and she handled everything for us. Just recently she filed a motion for me to get a new car and got it approved!!! Hands down the best attorney ever!
