I am the son of Italian immigrants who came to the United States in order to seek a better future. I was raised between Mississippi and Florida, and I have been living and working in New Orleans since 2007. I initially came to the Crescent City to work in a project to support and defend immigrants who had come to rebuild the city following Hurricane Katrina.
In 2012, my wife Carol and I opened our own immigration law firm with a vision of providing the highest level of representation to our clients and to help them gain access to unique opportunities in our country. Our mission is to give immigrants access to the American Dream and to add bright and brilliant new flavors to the melting pot of our community and country.
It is an honor to work for immigrants, who enrich our country by bringing their dynamism, drive, history, and families to the U.S.

Just perfect!
I'm more than satisfied with my experience with Pelton - Balducci! I was very stressed by my steps for my H1b visa and, thanks to their efficiency and seriousness, I was reassured. They answered all my questions in very good time to all my questions, also by telephone from France. I would recomme...

Excellent Attorney and Service
Great and prompt service, all professional interactions. Very compassionate but firm on explaining how the law works. Gave us the impression that he and his partner, Carol Pelton, are very good at working with the law. I would hire him again.
"I endorse this lawyer. Marco has been working with the immigrant community for his entire legal career and he cares deeply about his clients. He holds himself to the highest ethical standards and is a zealous advocate. I trust him and value his input on novel legal issues that arise in our similar practices."
"Marco is highly skilled in his practice. I recommend him as he is fully capable of fulfilling client needs."
"I am so impressed with how Marco has designed his practice to do one thing and do it well: help his clients with their immigration needs. His clients are lucky to have him on their side."
"Marco is a dedicated advocate for his clients. He focuses his practice on serving those in an area where there is a real need. Immigration law requires a detailed oriented approach, passion, and compassion - all of which Marco has. I have seen him have success firsthand at immigration court. I highly recommend him."
"Marco Balducci is an intelligent and compassionate attorney, who cares deeply about justice and fairness. I met Marco in law school, and have admired him since. I strongly endorse him as an immigration attorney, because I know it to be the one area of law he has always been passionate about. From the time Marco left San Francisco to help rebuild homes for residents displaced by Hurricane Katrina, he has worked tirelessly to improve his community. He is an honest and kind man, and one who will leave a lasting positive impression on any client or legal professional. My only regret is that we practice on the opposite sides of the country, or else I would refer all of my criminal defense clients with immigration needs to Marco for help."
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. A top-notch attorney, highly respected in the legal community."
