With prior attorney, Immigration Judge initially found that clients had not established eligibility for asylum. We successfully appealed decision to Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), which remanded t ... he case. A different Immigration Judge then found that the clients had filed a frivolous application for asylum, denied relief, and disqualified them from any relief under the Immigration and Nationality Act. We appealed again, were successful, and the BIA remanded again. Following instructions from the BIA, the Immigration Judge approved clients' application for asylum.
