We hired her at at first she was good and helpful. Then she asked for more money. I asked for a detailed itemized bill. I found so many discrepancies I felt like it was best to dismiss her and proceed with the immigration paper work myself. I'm not sure if she was aware of all the overcharges..., and they might have all been mistakes. However, I couldn't feel good to continue our cases with that amount of mistakes.

I would never use or suggest anyone to use her services. She was very unprofessional and she needs more customer service training. She would forget VERY important facts, missed important information in our application and acted like she DID NOT know what was in our file that she stated she prepared f...or our immigration interview. Which she showed up unprofessionally, thirteen minutes late. Hard earned money just wasted on poor performance and talent. Thousands of dollars later, I learned my lesson and fired her. She even gave us a hard time when we requested our file which we were entitled to receive. We had better results when we appealed our case on our own. Do yourself a favor and skip over her a go to the next immigration lawyer.

This woman is nice as can be until you hire her then its downhill from there. Every time we were in the office she asked if we owed her any money and asked us very forward personal questions that had nothing to do with our case. She was late for every appointment we had. You could hear her from the... waiting room on personal phone calls. She took so long to send in our filing we barely made our deadline. We were billed for an overnight package that should have been sent in weeks before. When we would call for an update she would say "stop worrying it's under control", "I'm the attorney let me do my job". Every year there is a different legal assistant trying to figure out what's going on. I have friends that are clients also and we are all seeking someone new we can trust. If and when our work is approved we will be severing this attorney client relationship.
