Permanent residence procedure

Carol Pelton and her law firm Pelton & Balducci were impecable in the process of our permanent residence procedure. We were permanently kept informed, and both she and her staff were always a delight to deal with. They made what could be a distressful process an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much.

Expedited and successful processing of permanent resident status

Ms. Carol Pelton and the staff at Pelton & Balducci converted my life from a hopeless immigrant to now obtaining a green card/permanent resident status. My husband and I are so so so grateful to Ms. Pelton who guided us from step 1 to the end. Ms. Pelton also came with us for the interview. She is ap...proachable and extremely prompt in responding to every query on immigration. She will take personal responsibility for every case, help you in preparation of all the necessary documents and in my case helped in determining eligibility and successful completion for expedited processing of green card. Thank you Ms. Pelton and all staff at Pelton & Balducci.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
