Mr. Tyler Garretson is a true professional and exceptional at his practice. He is smart, prompt, genuine, and truly cares about the well-being of his clients. Straightforward, thoughtful, and resourceful are among his other good qualities. With his abilities as a successful attorney and reasonable fees, he is the best. Tyler's track record is outstanding and speaks for itself.
Because of another person's foolish actions and poor decision-making, I was put in a very difficult situation. Fortunately, Tyler was able to get the case dismissed before it went to trial. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest attorney who will fight for his clients. Thank you Tyler!

This guy is great! I had bench warrant for missing court due to my own negligence, Tyler came through for me the next day on his day off and saved me from being put in jail with a great deal waiting for me on my next court date. This man did not owe me that by any means but he didi it, that is a lawyer that cares about his clients.

When your son is dating someone with emotional issues, whom is unbalanced, it is scary enough. When your son tries to break it off, and that person takes a whole new trip down crazy road and your son lands up being arrested because of it, it's terrifying. When you've had no legal experience, your family suddenly finds itself thrust into the scary legal world that's revolving around you, and evaluations and appointments and dates are being thrown at you. An appointed attorney who barely takes time to listen to your side of the story is thrown at you, and you fear for your sons' future. When we, unfortunately, found ourselves thrown into this situation, we called a friend who's family member is an attorney. The attorney highly recommended Tyler Garretson. We were told for a juvenile criminal case, there was no one better in Johnson County. When we first met Mr. Garretson, we were immediately impressed and put at ease. He took time out of his Saturday morning to meet with us, as we were too anxious to wait until Monday morning. Tyler was invested in our conversation and listened to my sons' side of the story and gave us the first glimpse of hope that we had had in this terrible situation. He made us feel a lot better about the situation that we were facing and was upfront and honest throughout the process. He was with us every step of the way, and we could email him at any time and he would always reply promptly. We were kept notified of what we needed to do, and never felt that we were alone in this scary world. We highly recommend Mr. Garretson. While we certainly hope to never have the need to use him professionally again, if trouble did arise, he would be our first call.
