An attorney fighting for the injured and the accused.
Trey is proud to have just been selected for membership in the "Million Dollar Advocates Forum" based on actual recoveries for clients in personal injury cases, and also to have been selected once again in 2018 to "Super Lawyers," a designation reserved for only 5% of practicing attorneys who have “attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional development.” In 2018 Trey was also selected as one of the “Nation’s Top One-Percent” by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel for the third year in a row.
Since 1991 Trey has been in court almost five days a week representing clients who were seriously injured or who have family members who were killed in accidents or representing clients charged with crimes. Trey has tried and won numerous jury trials involving serious criminal charges, significant personal injury or wrongful death.
Trey has won numerous “Not Guilty” jury verdicts in criminal cases including acquittals for clients wrongfully charged with rape, sodomy, aggravated battery, domestic battery, sexual battery, attempted murder, DUI, felony DUI, and theft. Trey’s clients have included some of the most high profile cases involving clients who are attorneys, law enforcement officers, professional athletes, and other cases with clients who are respected professionals including doctors, nurses, professors, and other people with a lot to lose.
PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH:
Trey has won numerous Plaintiffs’ jury verdicts in Missouri and Kansas in some of the most difficult cases involving car and truck accidents, explosions and medical malpractice. Trey won one of the largest jury verdicts in both Clay and Jackson Counties in their respective years. In addition, Trey has won numerous significant settlements for clients over the years. Over the years the Law Offices of Pettlon & Ginie have recovered millions for their clients.
Trey is licensed in Kansas, Missouri, the 8th and 10th Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
Trey and his law partner, Ryan Ginie, pride themselves on helping clients through their most difficult times and getting the best possible result for them in or out of court. We'd love to help you or your family.
