Nobody likes attorney's- not even other attorney's. However, if you are forced into a situation where you need one, I would look no further than Mr. Addair. When I hired him 12+ years ago, he was good. With more years of experience under his belt now, you can just imagine the damage he can do.....but... it doesn't come without a price. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you don't know what expungement is, you should definitely look into it because it can open door for your future that you may not know were an option by simply going through this process. In a nutshell, your record gets sealed and when your background is conducted for employment, the majority of employers will see it clean as if you were never in trouble to begin with and you can legally say you have never been arrested or convicted of that crime. The record is still available but only parts of it and law enforcement such as the FBI and other related entities can still see it if you are ever back in the court system or for deeper background checks that involve licensure to become a doctor and so forth. I'm obviously not an attorney or in the legal profession and there are other rules that come with expungement, but this gives you an idea of what it is and why you should probably look into it if you have a past conviction. With all that said, if you need someone to be there to do the work and get you results, hire this attorney/office and see if you can get lucky and work with Julie as well. Julie knows the process, is ALWAYS there if you have a question (responds quickly), and she makes sure you feel comfortable. Oh, and they were able to do the process all virtually so I never had to go back to that miserable state (obviously it may not be the case for you lol). Anyways, they are a good team and I hope they continue to help others for many years to come.
