I had a mess of a case, trafficking drugs into a correctional facility and sales in there as well. Wasn't looking pretty for me or my attorney who had to try and pull a rabbit out of a hat..he never promised anything either, which I later appreciated. He would shoot me straight, like Emily, you reall...y did it this time. I always wonder if he was ever worried at all because by the time we would leave court he had turned the broken down ups package barely hanging in for dear life into the most splendid wrapped up gift from Harrod's, wrapped before you even knew he started. He is a miracle worker, and it may have been 10 minutes we were in court, but suspense always felt like an hour and he gave me better than I even expected every time. Im mad I'm just now writing this, I wanted to when he helped me with my last case, but I'm still here and still thinking of him so it counts. I may have made him busy because I'm not a very "good" client, but he always cleaned up my messes with the ease of Mary Poppins. I hope you like that last one Jason. Thank you for being the courtroom boss that I needed. You're the best, probably couldn't afford you nowadays but I'll check into it.

This guy tried to get me to plead guilty to agg. escape from walking away from the residential center. The prosecutor broke my right to an unbiased trial by withholding evidence to find me not guilty. He tried to manipulate me by saying I didnt have a defence. Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness ...is our constitutional rights as Americans! The case was dismissed right before trial. Im a veteran and he is one reason why our legal system is broken! If you have him as an attorney... I would fire him!

I had called in to get some general information, and Jason was very honest and helpful. Since my specific case required extra funds for a speeding ticket in a school zone, Jason mentioned how it most likely wouldn't effect my driving record too much since I've not had any recent prior violations. ...What I liked about the phone call: he was very straightforward and honest, while providing information on how to handle the case on my own. Apparently, for my state, there was a way to request a reduced fine and proceed from there based on that. I'll be adding this lawyer to my list of favorites in the case I ever am need of one again. I was not asked to do this review, but I thought it was the right thing to do for the helpful information I received over the phone. Thanks again, Jason!
