Best of the best!

I've had to deal with a lot of different defense attorneys on both KS and MO side of things. Each time I got a lack luster defense and always had to question things about how the case was going or just wouldn't get any information at all. Upon meeting Courtney the very first time his enthusiasm, char...isma, confidence and genuine care was outstanding. All attorneys should be taking notes because this is the gospel. I've never felt like I was put on the back burner, any time I've asked questions or inquired about something I get full, detailed and perfect answers from Courtney. He and his staff are all professional and don't treat you like you're just some criminal who is a burden. I didn't have much hope at first because of past experiences but I was dead wrong. If you're looking for an attorney that genuinely cares about his clients, understands that people make mistakes (sometimes multiple) and still works his butt off to make sure you have every opportunity to move forward in life I HIGHLY suggest you give this man a call because you will NOT regret it. Courtney saved my life and changed my opinion about attorneys. Thanks for hard work and making this confusing process so much easier and less stressful!

Highly recommend courtney

Back about two years ago a month after turning 18 I found myself with two serious charges (aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary) and I was unable to afford an attorney but I was appointed Courtney. He never sugar coated anything and basically told me how it was and making it clear it was pretty... serious. Somehow he was able to work out a plea deal for probation. He answered any questions I had and never gave me any mid-leading answers or anything. Fast forward to today, I completed all of my probation terms and conditions and he was able to help me with getting a motion for early terminated granted. His prices are also extremely fair compared to multiple attorneys I spoke with. if you’re looking for a serious and affordable defense attorney Courtney has got to be the way to move forward with.

Courtney T. Henderson is one of the best if not the best criminal defense trial attorney in the United States of America!

Courtney Henderson is hands down the best criminal defense attorney in Johnson County KS, No question or doubt's in my mind about it! While standing trial on a criminal threat felony charge against the former employer who actually pulled and pointed a 45 mm pistol toward my chest Mr. Henderson tore t...he victims testimony to pieces catching him in several lies, 11 to be exact at my jury trial. I left an derogatory voice mail 12 weeks after this incident occurred. (because of sleeping out in the cold) During the trial Mr. Henderson caught the victim in a lie as to where the evidence now appears the victim had his 45mm waiting for me a second time too. While being sentenced on October 17th Mr. Henderson did his best to get me time served with no post release. It however did not happen because the victim is supposedly one of the largest drug distributor in Johnson County, KS and has been reported that he's connected with some of the Johnson County district court Judges. The stenographer who was taking the notes stopped typing while I was given my reasons as to why I made this criminal threat when I started to speak of the victims connection with these district court judges in Johnson County, KS and Mr. Henderson and his partner Jason Billam are now in discussion with me to take this case to the Kansas State Supreme Court and have it tried before them. Mr. Henderson knows criminal law and when given the evidence of the case he works for you regardless if he's court appointed or not. I trust Courtney T. Henderson in a criminal court of law the way I trust Jesus Christ for the salvation of my soul! If your innocent of a criminal crime you want Courtney T. Henderson representing you! Sincerely, Mark

Very helpful!

I got a DWS/no proof of insurance ticket last week. I called Courtney for advice on where I should start as far as getting it taken care of. He was very insightful, helpful and polite. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal help!
