Born and raised in St. Louis, Brian is invested in our community.  He attended Webster University for his undergraduate degree where he studied human rights issues at the Hague, the International Criminal Court, and the European Human Rights Court.

 

While at St. Louis University, Brian worked for Land of Lincoln legal services, specializing exclusively in domestic abuse matters.

 

When not practicing, he volunteers for the St. Louis County Family Court.  Brian serves as a court appointed attorney protecting the rights of children in domestic abuse cases, as well as a special prosecutor ensuring Respondents follow their orders of protection.

Do yourself a favor and hire Brian!
I highly recommend Brian and can’t thank him enough for his support, guidance, and counsel! Brian was not only extremely knowledgeable but he was thoughtful, patient and considerate of my unique situation. Brian kept me informed in all aspects of my case and was always responsive when I had questions outside of meetings. During my hearing he was on point, making the opposing counsel (whom I will note came from a well known/"fancy" law firm charging double the price that Brian charges) look like they were still in law school while making me feel relaxed and confident. His legal representation restored my faith in the justice system. If you are seeking legal help, please do yourself a favor and call Brian! You won't regret it!

Best attorney in town
Brian was simply amazing! He did everything in his power to make me feel confident about our case, even when times were tough. He was very patient, genuine, and kind. Worked Hard on an Unusual Case
Brian helped us navigate some very tricky waters in getting my ex-wife to relinquish her rights to our son, and then have my current wife adopt him. The process was very smooth, and everything went well! I would definitely recommend Brian Faucett if you need a custody lawyer.

Great service!
I worked with Brian to set up power of attorney and health care directives for my mother. He took his time explaining things to us and answered any questions we had. We were treated with respect, and felt he welcomed and encouraged questions. He did everything he could to accommodate our schedule. Very pleased with his services.
