Thomas received winning verdicts in every civil jury trial handled while with American Family and tried nearly 50 cases.

Great attorney

When I called to get help Tom was very quick to respond to me. He was willing to help right away. I am younger and was scared of what might have happened but he made the process easy and was very knowledgeable.

Fantastic Experience

The experience I had with Tom and his staff really made the the legal process smooth and easy. They were quick to respond to any concerns or question I had through the entire process. Hopefully I won’t have to hire Tom in the future, but I know I have someone I can trust in the future if I ever need it!

Highly Recommend

Mr. Kissell was amazing from the first moment we talked to him. My husband was facing 3 seperate dui charges and looking at years of jail time. We had a previous attorney who told us there was nothing that was able to be done but accept the sentance and hope for early release. We were not willing to accept this and from the second we talked to Mr. Kissell he was not willing to either. He was able to do what no other attorney was able to do or even willing to fight and try to do. He was able to get everything to a 120day sentance and I couldnt have been happier with that. He walked us through ever thing step by step at what he was doing why he was doing it and what the possible outcomes could be. He was always up front and honest about what we could expect and was always there to answer any questions. I also have ot say Aundrea there at the office was also amazing at getting anything we needed or had questions about. I always heard you get what you pay for and Mr Kissell was worth every penny we spent and I would recommend him to anyone that wants an attorney who will honestly fight for you and your rights.

WAY Beyond a 5 STAR Attorney!!!

I Consider Thomas Kissell to be the Best DWI attorney In Missouri and beyond. Tom and team Aundrea are the firm you need to call for any traffic violation, especially DWI. Tom was there for me all the way. Through DOR hearings and court proceedings by prompting me to get court mandated interviews and classes done ahead of time. Which got us the best possible outcome I could have ever expected ! As it was getting close to my court dates I had called several attorney's but couldn't find any willing to travel to the rural area which I was in. The next day I got a referral for Thomas Kissell and called. Tom took the call and assured that he traveled all of MO and would willing to take my case. Somebody must have looking out for ME because I acquired the Best representation I could have ever hoped for! Tom knows the law and won't back down. THANK YOU! Tom & Aundrea

Excellent customer service!

I got in some trouble about a month ago and was scared to death! I got online and started looking for an attorney. A friend of mine called and told me about Mr Kissell and I started reading his reviews...WOW they were great and I felt like he was who I wanted and needed on my case. I filled a survey out on Sat afternoon and Aundrea had called by that evening. On Sunday Tom called and I decided then to hire him. Even though my case is still pending, I would like to say how at ease he makes me feel by taking my calls and answering any questions that I might have. I would HIGHLY recommend Tom to anyone who needs a good attorney.

Fast and Experienced

Tom saved my life when I received a speeding ticket, and my teenage son received one the next month! Stressful. Only 25 bucks and our tickets were reduced to non-moving, no points. Tom saves you time, money, and stress! If you receive a speeding ticket. .....CALL HIM! You'll be glad you did. He is amazing lawyer and keeps track of ALL you calls, emails, and questions.

Communicative, knowledgable steadfast attorney

Mr. Kissell was excellent to work with and communicated the entire time throughout my legal process. He knew the local law extremely well and had me take multiple steps before trial (most of which were not required at the time) in order to present an extremely thought out case and defense for me, the client. These extra steps help my penalty be reduced to a SIS with probation. He saved not only my career but most likely my life. I have completely changed my lifestyle and have become more responsible. I am forever indebted to Thomas Kissell and would recommend his services to everyone. Good people sometimes make mistakes and he doesn't judge. He listens and provides great counsel.
