My name is Jimmy Fendelman.
I am the Managing Member of Fendelman & Associates, LLC.
I have been practicing for approximately 25 years.
I pracice collection law including litigation, trial work, asset location and post judgment collections. My team is extremely professional, highly organized, and we love what we do. We represent large national corporations as well as small businesses. I have tried hundreds and hundreds of cases. We practice in Missouri and Illinois both in State and Federal Court.
I also am a strong advocate in the Family law and Personal Injury arena. I am a strong advocate for the client, and I particularly enjoy settlement negotiations, Arbitration and Mediation. I love hitting a home run for the client, and I truly love my work.
