We're a community not-for-profit that annually sponsors a "Jewish Law & Ethics Symposium", a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, which includes a panel discussion featuring a judge, a lawyer and a rabbi, as they compare and contrast important legal and ethical principles as they appear in dive...rse legal systems. This year's topic was on family law. Knowing Jimmy Fendelman's keen mind and his warm and engaging personality, as well as his experience with family law, we immediately thought of him as the perfect moderator for this year's event, and he absolutely didn't disappoint! Jimmy kept the panelists and the lawyers in attendance fully engaged for the two-hour session. He created a lively to-and-fro conversation, asking probing questions and inserting well-timed and insightful comments that made the program not only extremely informative and enlightening, but also a great deal of fun!
