Made The Process Smooth and Easy

If you are looking for an attorney who can make a difficult situation as easy as possible and have an uncontested divorce, meaning you agree on everything that is split, than you should see Mr. Linnenbringer. He was accessible, affordable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. We co...uldn't have asked for a smoother process.

Excellent, and professional even from half way across the country!

I contacted Gerald with a unique case, I am active duty military and so was my former spouse. We were both out of the Missouri area during the entire process so everything was conducted through email/telephone. The process is very fast when everything is assembled, the required information and paper ...work is provided with directions to complete which was great given the fact that I was not able to see him in person. After getting everything assembled Gerald will draft the documentation and submit it to you for review, inherently the hindering factors for the filing of your uncontested divorce will likely rest on you, Gerald was fast and courteous in his responses and was much more efficient than myself in completing everything. As far as uncontested divorces he is knowledgeable in the field, he is professional and courteous and I am very glad that I utilized his services when conducting this manner. I contacted numerous firms in the greater St. Louis area and you cannot beat the services provided by the Linnenbringer firm. I hope to never require his services again but I would recommend that anyone with an uncontested divorce situation at least speak with him about what he can offer.

Gerald W Linnenbringer - highly recommended

Gerald was a pleasure to work with. He only took 34 days to finalize my divorce (of which, 30 days is required by local law). He was able to finalize the divorce by year end, despite most court personnel being out for the holiday. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with!

Great Experience and Highly Recommended

I hired Gerald for a no contest divorce in April 2013. He was very knowledgable about the process and answered all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. He had all the needed paperwork and forms prepared for us to sign in a super quick turnaround; only a couple of days once we gave... him everything he needed. He filed it right after we signed it and the divorce was final by the Court just days after the State 30 day waiting period had ended. He took the time still to let me know immediately when it was signed off by the court and I quickly received the official copies just a couple days after that. Gerald was excellent all-around and the entire process could not have been smoother. I could not find anyone in the area even close to what little his fees were, so the great service and experience was a welcomed suprise. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Beyond Professional

I say beyond professional, because I believe Gerald Linnenbringer went beyond his required legal duties. Going through a divorce isn't the easiest thing in the world to deal with. Mr. Linnenbringer laid out the whole process and guided me step by step. He was extremely knowledgeable, and immediat...ely returned all my calls or e-mails. He is a lawyer you would really like to deal with.
