I represent clients who value vigorous advocacy in civil litigation. I have tried personal injury cases, complex business disputes, and smaller consumer matters. I have handled appeals in state and federal courts. After learning trial practice at one of the largest law firms in the county, I left to start my own firm in 2011. Since that time, I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients.

Shyster. Whole office gets important dates mixed up, names and roles mixed up, rushes you to a settlement, makes settlement offers without clients’ approval, makes you feel inferior, dishonesty, withholds important case information, overall does not make you feel at ease, and more. Heed with caution....
It remains an important part of our practice to represent clients without the financial means to pay for an attorney. This is one such client. The client came to us seeking help with their former landlord. The client told us that the landlord had wrongfully evicted the client without notice and, after the eviction, took the client's personal property in the rental home. We worked the case for more than six months. During that time, we learned the client had not paid any rent to the landlord for at least a year; the client was squatting in the rental property for many months without making a single rental payment. The civil discovery process in the case revealed that the client did in fact have notice of the eviction many months in advance. In the middle of our case, the landlord filed a countersuit against the client for thousands of dollars in unpaid rent. In our estimation, the counterclaim was worth quite a bit more than our client's claim for the value of their personal property. We explained this to the client and came up with a strategy to ask the landlord to give up their counterclaim and to pay the client a small sum of money to end all litigation. Given the client's very negative review, the client obviously wanted far more money from the landlord that we believe is possible to obtain. We did not miss any dates. We were patient with the client, and always treated them with respect. We did not "mix up" any names or roles. We did not rush anyone to settle the case. We certainly did not withhold any information from this client. Like we have done for over twenty years, we invested many hours into the case and worked hard at it. We provided tens of thousands of dollars of legal representation to this client without compensation. Ultimately, the Court allowed us to withdraw from the case and we no longer represent this client. To date, we have achieved a positive outcome on more than 90% of the cases we take. We did not alter our approach or apply any less effort for this client. We wish this client the best of luck going forward.
