About me

My law firm, Main Street Law LLP, is guided by a simple philosophy: prepare to win at trial.  My first goal is to achieve the best result for my clients in their situation.  Sometimes that means that my clients' goals can be achieved before reaching the judge or jury.  Other times clients need to have their day in court.  From the initial client meeting, I work to thoroughly investigate the facts of my clients' situations and develop the legal theories that will give my clients' cases the greatest impact at trial.  My firm's style of litigation focuses on vigorous advocacy unrestrained by conventional wisdom, routine, or cliché.  Simply put, we prepare to win at trial and strive to earn our clients the best results possible under the circumstances.

  • Richard A. Voytas Jr.

I have been an opponent of Mr. Sturycz in various litigation matters over the past four years. While we are often on the opposite side of a case, I must acknowledge that Mr. Sturycz has always been a consummate professional. It is my pleasure to endorse him as a tough and highly intelligent litigator.
