Well these guys are not familiar with law in general. Will throw wild allegations at you before fact checking. I am a carpenter not a attorney but I'm fairly confident I know more about law then them. They threatened me with contempt of court for not transferring funds to my ex wife on by the g...iven date. Said I didn't provide my financial planner the nessary info. He was provided the info not from me but my ex but she had failed to set up the nessary account to except the funds. NO WAY IM IN CONTEMPT I laughed and they threated me with thousands of dollars in fines and possible jail time. Oh by the way they where my attorneys. Stay away from these clowns they are incompetent. Just sad when a carpenter has to school them on law.

I hired two attorneys from this law firm (Rick and Elizabeth) to make sure I got accurate information and get the best result on my case. I never really got good legal advice, the only thing they really did was convince me they were smarter than my Ex’s attorney. We went over and over what my ex wo...uld be entitled to however, by the time we went to trial she ended up getting 5X’s more. It was very disappointing to spend a year of legal expenses to find out I would owe 5X’s more than what my attorneys were telling me that she would be entitled to. I suggest you not using either of these attorneys. The only positive the attorneys would do a lot of research and get the document’s however you have to pay for all of it in legal fees.

This attorney was highly recommended and initially I was very impressed. The situation changed drastically when my ex started creating problems and complicating things. Mr. Eisen got disinterested in my case and pretty much dropped the ball. There were no results achieved in my case. I consider it a... complete waste of time and money. I had to start over and hire a new attorney. Very disappointing and extremely expensive experience.

Terrible communicator. Did nothing to prepare me or help me understand key events in the process of my matter and left me without guidance walking in blind again and again to extremely important meetings. Did not return calls. Did not return emails. Made fun of me in front his colleague for being... prepared. I paid alot of money and he put me deeply behind in my case due to both ignoring me and not having experience (even though he bragged about having it) with the special needs of my case. I would never recommend this lawyer unless you want to pay alot of money and end off in a worse place than before you hired him.

Mr. Eisen was recommended to me. My initial consultation went very well but I was wondering why I had two attorneys at this initial consultation. I recieved a bill a couple of weeks later for over $500.00. I thought to myself this is a little much. I sent an e-mail stating, why did you have another a...ttorny sit in. He siad he would be helping with my case. As far as I know he did nothing. At our initial meeting he said their law firm took pride in communication which I found out he needed to work on. I asked him to do a few things and when I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks I would call. He never returned my call. When I called again he didnt call back and when I sent e-mails he didnt return them. I called them to tell him to send my miles to my house he them call me to ask if I would re-consider and I said I would. I didn't have any better luck later though. Still no answers even when I sent 2- urgent messages stating I needed him to call me and asked why he didn't call or e-mail me back. It was now over 6- weeks sinse we have spoken. At this point I did not know If I had an attorney. When I finally spoke with him and ask him why he did not return a call he said he had cases that needed all of his attention. I said that would be fine but I need someone to work on my case
