Not good attorneys

I hired two attorneys from this law firm (Rick and Elizabeth) to make sure I got accurate information and get the best result on my case. I never really got good legal advice, the only thing they really did was convince me they were smarter than my Ex’s attorney. We went over and over what my ex wo...uld be entitled to however, by the time we went to trial she ended up getting 5X’s more. It was very disappointing to spend a year of legal expenses to find out I would owe 5X’s more than what my attorneys were telling me that she would be entitled to. I suggest you not using either of these attorneys. The only positive the attorneys would do a lot of research and get the document’s however you have to pay for all of it in legal fees.

Poor communication, lack of planning and waste of money

This attorney was highly recommended and initially I was very impressed. The situation changed drastically when my ex started creating problems and complicating things. Mr. Eisen got disinterested in my case and pretty much dropped the ball. There were no results achieved in my case. I consider it a... complete waste of time and money. I had to start over and hire a new attorney. Very disappointing and extremely expensive experience.

Alot of money for nothing

Mr. Eisen 'handled' my divorce in 2010. He charged several hundred per hour but ended up having his associate do all the work. He did review the paperwork and charged me accordingly. I never felt as if he or his associate fought for my rights but instead stated "this is how the law works in MO". ... I've talked to several divorcees in MO and their cases were handled so much better than mine and a significantly different outcome. This was a waste of $20,000. I would've done better representing myself.

Terrible

All the reviews are true, Rick has no time to follow up with you, shows up for depositions with no strategy, tells you his rate but then a brand new attorney shows up as well and you get billed for $200 hourly for them. That was certainly not transparent. Too, his new-hire adds no value and gave awa...y a massive negotiation point. Despite telling Rick not to work on portions of the agreements, he sends them over and they are full of known errors. He is terribly unorganized and not responsive nor strategic. That was the biggest waste of $20,000+.

Would not recommend. Felt like last person in a very long line of client. No communication. Bad results.

Terrible communicator. Did nothing to prepare me or help me understand key events in the process of my matter and left me without guidance walking in blind again and again to extremely important meetings. Did not return calls. Did not return emails. Made fun of me in front his colleague for being... prepared. I paid alot of money and he put me deeply behind in my case due to both ignoring me and not having experience (even though he bragged about having it) with the special needs of my case. I would never recommend this lawyer unless you want to pay alot of money and end off in a worse place than before you hired him.
