N. Scott Rosenblum

My experience with Scott Rosenblum & Tim Hunsaker . I was falsely Accused by my stepdaughter of the worse crime imaginable during the “Me Too Movement”. My stepdaughter always wanted to be famous and came up with an elaborate story. She is a Habitual Liar and had a extensive back ground of lies an...d manipulation. The police totally believed her and even lied on the police report. DFS also lied on their report. I had several felonies against me with no past history of anything like this. I hired Scott and he gave me his cell phone number, which is unheard of with most attorneys. He always picked up. When these court cases came up it was Timothy Hunsaker that always showed up. In my head I was like great, I hired the best and I got the JV team. Man, I was so wrong! Timothy was far from JV and turned out to be one of the most tenacious pit bulls of attorneys. He went into the deposition with the so called victim and pointed out how the story had changed and she couldn’t remember her lies. He also did a deposition with the detective and called out his lies compared to the body cam footage and the officer said he must have made a mistake! By the time Timothy was done the State of Missouri dropped the charges. This was 5 years of hell. Thank God for Attorneys Like Scott and Timothy. The court system is a game for Police and prosecuting Attorneys. They don’t care about facts and the truth, winning and making a name for them self’s is all they care about. Don’t trust anyone but the Rosenblum Law firm!!!

I was his client. He missed appointments with me severally times. He did not keep me sufficiently informed of the particulars of my case. When I asked him about the state of law concerning my legal issues he did not seem sufficiently knowledgeable. He did not interview most of my witnesses prior ...to trial.

I hired mr. rosenblum to represent me in a criminal case about 2 years ago, when i talked to him in his office he lead me to believe he could get probation or a suspended sentence due to "some issues with their case". I asked him why his fee was 3xs what i was quoted by other attys he told me "becaus...e I am the best at this" after i paid him he told me; " I will be down to start taking depositions and see if we cant shake things up", he never showed up at court throughout the whole case ! he sent some junior partner that I had never met and had never discussed the case with. I ended up going to prison I received a 7yr sentence the most I could be given. When i got out I filed a complaint with the Mo Bar Association but it was a waste of time, I was told by the Bar Assoc. that Mr. Rosenblum never answered any letters from them and that they could not force him to do so and they could not force him to participate in the fee dispute resolution, save your money
