N. Scott Rosenblum

We hired Scott Rosenblum to represent my husband in a felony case. He failed to properly object at trial and, in my opinion, he tried to convict my husband by allowing in inadmissible evidence during trial (failing to object) and other actions. His actions showed me that he wanted our money and to se...nd my husband to prison which he did. He even made efforts to prevent our son from testifying. His positive reviews seem to be made up. Review court records, as most all of his clients were convicted. Court records are true--he will lie to you. All above is my firm opinion!!!

In May 1995 I accidentally discharged a firearm killing my wife, for 20 hours I explained what happened to the police, I was charged with first degree murder. After 13 years as an aircraft engineer and family man I was locked in a cell mourning the loss of my wife. I was crushed physically mentally a...nd emotionally. We hired a prominent local attorney who was at the end of his career and was not doing the leg work it took to fight this battle. Just before trial we added a nationally known attorney from Miami Florida listed in America’s best trial lawyers book. I went to trial and was convicted of first degree murder given a life sentence with no parole. I sat in prison 3 years. After an appeal and given a new trial I hired Scott Rosenblum, immediately he and his team of people began to search out the truth of what happened, he told me to trust him and his expertise to return me to my family. After trial on October-1-1999 He walked me out of that courtroom and I drove home to rejoin my three children. I literally owe my life to this man. His presence in court is amazing. He has an unbelievable memory that creates havoc for a dishonest witness. He always took time to talk during trial preparation letting me know how things were going, making me feel I wasn’t left in the dark. At half the cost of the first attorney’s we hired, Scott Rosenblum’s work was outstanding!!!! I recommend you talk to him if your faced with trouble. I will forever be thankful to Scott and his support staff.

I hired Mr. Rosenblum for my grandson. He was charged with 1st degree robbery & armed criminal action. The entire case was based on a lie. Thanks to Mr. Rosenblum & his associate T.J. Matthes who did an incredible job. Mr. Matthes was there to answer any questions I & my grandson had. Because of the...ir ability to find the truth, my grandson case was dismissed. When I say it was worth every dime, believe me it was. What more can I say but, that I highly, highly recommend Mr. Rosenblum & his incredible outstanding associate Mr. T.J. Matthes.

Met with him in his office. He went over a case summary. He said "They(my so called victim) live on ************ huh? They have some money." I asked if he knew the street and he replied yes. I told him about my frivolous charge and he said he would take two times what every other lawyer wanted and he...d have his secretary contact me the next day. She never did. When i contacted her the the following day she said ahe was going to talk to him and left me on hold for over 10 minutes so i terminated the call. My next call went unanswered. Obviously he didnt want my case for a reason even more pathetic than my charge.

Mr. Rosenblum is a god among mortal lawyers. I was facing very serious federal charges and I called him, due to his reputation as “the best”. I am so glad that I made that call. It was worth the money to retain him and his team. I didn’t have loads of money, and it was not cheap. You get exactly what... you pay for with his team. They knew what they were doing, and they changed my life for the best. Thank you, sir!
