N. Scott Rosenblum

In May 1995 I accidentally discharged a firearm killing my wife, for 20 hours I explained what happened to the police, I was charged with first degree murder. After 13 years as an aircraft engineer and family man I was locked in a cell mourning the loss of my wife. I was crushed physically mentally a...nd emotionally. We hired a prominent local attorney who was at the end of his career and was not doing the leg work it took to fight this battle. I went to trial and was convicted of first degree murder given a life sentence with no parole. I sat in prison 3 years. After an appeal and given a new trial I hired Scott Rosenblum, immediately he and his team of people began to search out the truth of what happened, he told me to trust him and his expertise to return me to my family. After trial on October-1-1999 He walked me out of that courtroom and I drove home to rejoin my three children. I literally owe my life to this man. His presence in court is amazing.
