N. Scott Rosenblum

My experience with Scott Rosenblum & Tim Hunsaker . I was falsely Accused by my stepdaughter of the worse crime imaginable during the “Me Too Movement”. My stepdaughter always wanted to be famous and came up with an elaborate story. She is a Habitual Liar and had a extensive back ground of lies an...d manipulation. The police totally believed her and even lied on the police report. DFS also lied on their report. I had several felonies against me with no past history of anything like this. I hired Scott and he gave me his cell phone number, which is unheard of with most attorneys. He always picked up. When these court cases came up it was Timothy Hunsaker that always showed up. In my head I was like great, I hired the best and I got the JV team. Man, I was so wrong! Timothy was far from JV and turned out to be one of the most tenacious pit bulls of attorneys. He went into the deposition with the so called victim and pointed out how the story had changed and she couldn’t remember her lies. He also did a deposition with the detective and called out his lies compared to the body cam footage and the officer said he must have made a mistake! By the time Timothy was done the State of Missouri dropped the charges. This was 5 years of hell. Thank God for Attorneys Like Scott and Timothy. The court system is a game for Police and prosecuting Attorneys. They don’t care about facts and the truth, winning and making a name for them self’s is all they care about. Don’t trust anyone but the Rosenblum Law firm!!!

When I came to this man, I was lost scared and seen no hope for me. My situation involved the FBI and the Capital Riot. Iv never experienced anything like this prior in my life so I had no idea which way to turn. I was terrified when I walked into Scott Rosenblums office. I sat down explained everyth...ing thoroughly to him that I was involved in. He knew right then and there he could save my life. The moment I retained him he was on the phone with the bosses of the FBI that i had been dealing with alone. He had his number saved in his phone. I was stunned! After 2 years of this process it finally came to an end Scott was able to clear everything up, get them to drop the investigation or atleast help the process along till they were done with me and recieve My Fire Arms and other property back. Me and my family will for ever be Indebted to him for along me to be here everyday with my family today. I HIGHLY recommend him for his services, his knowledge, connections and punctuality are UNMATCHED. In this life you get One chance to handle stuff like this and it's either you win or lose. During my divorce I was fighting for some sort of custody of my daughter. The mother decided to use false allegations to destroy my life and to never see my daughter again. 5 days after the judge ordered supervised therapeutic visits with my daughter, the mother had my daughter cry sexual abuse say...ing she had bad dreams a out me. Aka the silver bullet in divorce. Over the next 8 months it went from a dream to full blown rape. I was arrested, thrown in jail and charged with 16 felony counts of sexual abuse towards my daughter along with a 100k cash bond. My family hired Scott who immediately got my bond cut in half and had me out of jail in about a week. Scott had TJ huntsaker work on my case. To make a long story short all the charges were dropped against me after TJ did the deposition on my daughter. Why were the charges dropped? Because Tj did his due diligence ànd exposed the the real truth of the lies my ex wife and daughter were saying about me. Scott is easy to talk to and if he doesn't answer the phone when you call he calls right back. Im just a painter in life but I was treated like I was somebody. I truly believe if it were most other lawyers I would be in jail for something that never happened.
