also known as Dale Wiley
Dale Wiley has tried over a hundred civil and criminal cases before judges and juries, including murder and sexual assault cases, major personal injury cases and family law matters. He served as the President of the Missouri 39th Bar Association in 2000, and in 2004 was nominated for the Lon O. Hocker Award as the outstanding young trial lawyer in Missouri. He served from 2006-2009 on the American Association for Justice's prestigious Press Committee, and was a member of the AAJ's New Lawyer Division Board of Directors from 2004-2006. Wiley was named Chairman of the NLD Board of Governor's Committee in 2006.
From 1990-94, Wiley was the editor of Cadenza, the weekly Washington University arts paper, where he interviewed Emmylou Harris, Randy Travis, Ray Manzarek, John Doe, Clark Terry, Joe Henry, Blind Melon, Alison Krauss, Juliana Hatfield, 2-Live Crew, Hugh Masekela, David Murray, and Jeff Tweedy, among others. In that role, he was an early supporter of the burgeoning "alt-country" scene, as it was known then, being one of the few St. Louis writers paying attention to Uncle Tupelo, Blue Mountain, the Bottlerockets and the like. He has also written for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, St. Louis Business Journal and Maybelle. In concert booking, Wiley has brought diverse acts such as Riders in the Sky, The Mavericks, Junior Brown, George Clinton, Maria Muldaur, Olivia Tremor Control, Skeleton Key, Apples in Stereo, Zeena Parkins, Ronnie Dawson, Kelly Joe Phelps, The Squirrel Nut Zippers, Lavay Smith, and The Hot Club of Cowtown to Missouri venues.
Wiley has given Continuing Legal Education programs for AAJ, and has been asked on multiple occasions by other attorneys to help in personal injury and insurance interpretation questions.
Wiley has also worked for The Muny in St. Louis, The Edison Theatre at Washington University, Metrotix and the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, D.C., in the Presenting and Commissioning Department, and is past President of the Board of Directors of Twin Bridges Development Corporation, a non-profit group bringing music and other arts events to Crane and to Southwest Missouri.

A true legal champion interested in representing his client to the best possible advantage.
I have been represented by Mr. Wiley since 2004 and he has taken my case all the way to the State Supreme Court and prevailed in the face of other legal minds, who failed to see the legitimate, complex legal argument he masterfully laid out. This was precedent setting in the State, as well as having ...
"I have known and worked with legal matters with Dale for ten plus years, and am always impressed with his legal work. I endorse this lawyer."
"Dale, is a great guy and a great lawyer who is practicing in an exciting and important area of the law. He is a true believer in leveling the playing field between the mortgagee and the banks. I highly recommend him."
"Recently I sat in on a trial conducted by Dale involving some complex legal issues pertaining to a wrongful foreclosure against his client. I say the trial was "conducted by Dale" because he was clearly the one attorney in command of the issues and was serving as both an advocate for his client and a de facto foreclosure law guide to an intelligent judge. The opposing counsel responded to Dale's compelling reasoning and creative analogies by essentially ignoring them and repeating, like a mantra, a single flawed and inflexible argument, a strategy that had likely succeeded in the past, as probably few attorneys have Dale's grasp of foreclosure law. My sense of the progression of the trial: Dale captured the court's attention when it was discovered his arguments were the most interesting, and he retained the court's attention when it became clear that they made the most sense. Dale seems to appreciate that people and judges generally prefer their journey to truth to be an engaging one."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Wiley provide superb legal information and practical knowledge to help those who need him. He does awesome work."
"I've known Dale for years and have come to greatly respect his hard work and zealous advocacy for his clients. I certainly would be willing to recommend Dale to my own friends and family."
"I endorse this lawyer. Dale is a brilliant lawyer. We have worked together on several cases. He has the ability to identify and evaluate issues early on in a case and he truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend Dale, he is a very very good litigator."
