Craig Geidel Kallen III

Craig has represented me four (could be five) times now. Each outcome was very successful. I don't have the words to describe to you what a different life I'd have if it weren't for Craig's legal skills. To me, one of his greatest assets is that he never wants to "go after" the opposition, in that,... the case he prepares is not vicious toward the other party. Believe me, that's a terrible, and very expensive, approach. You may think you really want a "bulldog" for an attorney, but that mentality proved devastating, to those, and there were several, that came up against Craig in my battles. They were presenting intimidation; Craig was presenting fact. Craig knows the law, and he knows how to win.

Craig has been my advocate during my never ending divorce! He has gotten me through the actual divorce but my ex keeps causing us to go back to court. As a result, I have been working with Craig for 2 1/2 years. I trust Craig to fight for my well being, unfortunately the courts are delayed and t...he judges are overwhelmed. He spends time preparing me for court and depositions; providing words of encouragement to keep me upbeat and fighting for my cause. Craig is currently fighting an appeal for me that will "save" me around $70k. It is only because of him that I am fighting as after all this time it is easy to just give up and quit the battle. When I meet with Craig he is completely dedicated to me and focuses on the issues at hand. The one area in which he needs to improve in is keeping me better informed of next steps, length of time something will take and what documents mean . He is aware of this and is committed to improving his internal processes. Craig is also very aware and concerned about my personal safety in court, never leaving me alone with my ex. I can never thank him enough for making me feel safe in a difficult situation. He is definitely one of the GOOD guys!

I found Craig Kallen after having an awful experience with Ellen Watkins and Merle Silverstein. He has been a blessing in my life. He is a good man and an outstanding attorney that cares about his clients. He has represented me on numerous occasions in divorce modification, civil issues and custody i...ssues and I am always pleased with the outcome. I came to Craig, as most people probably do, in a semi-panicked state. He was very professional, and reassuring, and one of the first things he advised me to do, turned out to be crucial to the case. After only two and a half years of marriage, and no children involved, my (now ex) wife began hav...ing some pretty serious mental issues. She became clinically depressed, progressively more and more paranoid, and eventually delusional. She refused any kind of negotiation. The trial was first delayed because she fired her attorney. The trial was delayed a second time because she had to have heart surgery (congenital defect). Over the course of 18 months, she went through three attorneys, and because of judge rotations, we had two different judges. Craig, and his staff, managed through all of this, and the final settlement was very close to what he said it would be, early in the process. I believe he was fair with his fees during this protracted ordeal. I would recommend him highly.
