Sometimes we wondered if he was working for us or the opposing side. This lawyer made false promises and under delivered. If you want a lawyer that doesn't listen to anything you say, and then threatens you at the end to settle out of court because the judge will issue a significant fine for misrep...resentation, then Mr. Kallen is the lawyer for you. My thoughts are that you fabricated a lie to mask your incompetence Mr. Kallen.

Craig has represented me four (could be five) times now. Each outcome was very successful. I don't have the words to describe to you what a different life I'd have if it weren't for Craig's legal skills. To me, one of his greatest assets is that he never wants to "go after" the opposition, in that,... the case he prepares is not vicious toward the other party. I came to Craig, as most people probably do, in a semi-panicked state. He was very professional, and reassuring, and one of the first things he advised me to do, turned out to be crucial to the case. After only two and a half years of marriage, and no children involved, my (now ex) wife began hav...ing some pretty serious mental issues. She became clinically depressed, progressively more and more paranoid, and eventually delusional. She refused any kind of negotiation. The trial was first delayed because she fired her attorney. The trial was delayed a second time because she had to have heart surgery (congenital defect). Over the course of 18 months, she went through three attorneys, and because of judge rotations, we had two different judges. Craig, and his staff, managed through all of this, and the final settlement was very close to what he said it would be, early in the process. I believe he was fair with his fees during this protracted ordeal. I would recommend him highly.
