Craig Geidel Kallen III

I’m very pleased with their skill set We first reached out to Kallen law firm in 2019 about a motion to modify. At the time I was a custodial parent and my ex had alternating weekends with some in-week, non overnight visitation. My ex regularly refused to return the children, whether it was midwee...k or weekend. She moved several times and wouldn’t reveal where. She was in a violent relationships, but I couldn’t violate the parenting plan. I procrastinated a year, but in 2020 we finally hired Kallen. I was very impressed with each member of the firm. They all did their parts very well. And when we went to trial - Mr Kallen was awesome. It was like the movies. He fought for the best interests of the children and I appreciated it. I’m hoping there are no more future need for Motions but, if there is I will 100% use these guys. They had reasonable affordable prices. And I just really can’t say enough good things about them.

Mr. Kallen failed on so many levels of my divorce and his handling of my case cost me dearly. There are several very important issues that have caused me to warn potential clients, his communication skills were poor. Very very seldom did calls and emails get returned. Several things that were hig...hly important to be completed and confirmed by Kallen were never done. I have found this out after it is too late now and has cost me time, money and some of it cannot be amended. A couple of issues were never followed through again hurting my divorce tremendously. Filing of court documents that never happened. Communication with his office staff was nonexistent. Things being drawn out and not completed now it's too late. Trust, communication, billing, seeing things through, understanding and acting in my interest. For me now it is too late but if I could help anyone to avoid this horrific experience with this attorney, that's what I will do. It is extremely unfair and sickening what transpired in my case so hopefully anyone looking into this firm will keep looking because I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Craig and Joe have been there for me and my kids for the past 8 years post divorce.
