I am a consumer rights attorney. I have been practicing in consumer rights for seveal years. I have been recognized in Michigan and across the country as a leading consumer advocate. I am an occasional faculty member of the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education. I speak on consumers' rights issues such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
When not practicing law, I enjoy, sailing, bike riding, lifting weights and karate. I hold a black belt in Isshin Ryu Karate.

Good result from good firm
Mr. Nitzkin and his staff helped me with a credit report issue I was having. My inquiries to the reporting agency were met with either stoney silence or cursory replies that did not address the issue I was having.
