Best consumer protection attorney!

I hired Adam when I had a debt collector threatening me, charging me illegal fees and telling me they'll hack into my bank account, trying to collect a debt which was actually my husband's debt to begin with. I reached out to several attorneys and I selected Adam over more experienced ones because he... was really kind and reassuring. Over a period of time as Adam worked on my case, I was very pleased with his progress, he got me a really good settlement and he is absolutely the most wonderful attorney. I wish him all the best of luck in his career, he is not just a good attorney but he is also a wonderful and kind person. At a time when I was juggling suits with several attorneys, Adam became my favorite.

Attorney Adam Richard Strauss is an amazing lawyer. He helped me through a settlement case that i thought had no leg to move forward from speaking with other lawyers and he was able to proceed with the case with no issues and exceeded my expectations. His knowledge, strong professional work ethic, ...passion and attention to detail are off the charts and i would highly recommend him to family and friends without a second thought. He put in a lot of time in my case (more than we originally discussed) and his price stayed the exact same and so did his efforts. I am extremely grateful for his services and its the best decision i made to hire Adam. Once again, Thank you!

Nothing but the Best

Adam Strauss is an excellent attorney and I would recommend working with him in a heartbeat. Adam was incredibly positive, patient, and handled problem solving with ease. Adam exceeded all of my expectations when he settled my case with debt collectors. I was impressed by Adam's thorough knowledge of... obscure case law that helped secure a settlement. During this lawsuit, Adam proved himself as a trustworthy attorney who was able to inject humor into a highly stressful situation. Words can't express how grateful I am to have had Adam on my side!

Professional, Talented, True Advocate

Adam handled my case with care, sensitivity, and made me feel like I had a real advocate. He is the epitome of a great attorney who has his clients' - and frankly ALL consumers' - rights at the forefront of his mind at all times. He is an excellent communicator and helped me understand the process w...hile managing expectations (which he would eventually knock out of the park!). Lastly and most importantly, he helped me out of a difficult situation and my life is forever changed as a result. I find it difficult to find the words to properly recommend him to anyone in need of representation. He is simply THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

Thorough & Compassionate Lawyer

Adam won my case for me against the collection agency, Messerli & Kramer, that were garnishing my wages. I was really stressed out & embarrassed about my situation, but Adam successfully sued Messerli & they backed down; we settled out of court, they paid me my damage reward & stopped all garnishmen...ts. Adam went above & beyond for me & when I needed a competent professional who could deliver & be trusted, Adam was the lawyer I needed.
