I am happy to share that my EB2-NIW concurrently has approved very recently. Although it takes a long time more than 536 days but without any RFE successfully it's approved. By the grace of Almighty Allah, it's a great news for us. We are very much grateful and obliged to the USCIS officers and staff...s. I had an excellent experience applying for a green card based on an EB2 national interest waiver (NIW) thanks to Jim and the Dunn Law firm. Even though my field of experience/research was very specialized, Jim Arkell drafted an excellent NIW petition on my behalf, which eventually led to an approval!... The NIW/EB1A practice manager Kayla Clark managed the whole I-140 and I-485 application process with efficiency and utmost professionalism. My wife and I were able to complete the I-485 process with ease thanks to Kayla! I started this process while I was a graduate student, and the lawyer fees were very reasonable. Given my financial constraints at the beginning of the application process, I was especially glad for the ability to pay it all in installments. Everything that was required from me was made clear upfront so there was minimal confusion and it was very easy to get everything completed.
