I hired Jim Arkell on retainer for I-140 and I-485 immigration. My process started in the beginning of 2022 and I recieved my green card February 2024 (EB-2) category. Preparing all the documents is indeed a tedious process leading to many questions. Jim and team where available at all times answerin...g my tedious questions as well as guiding me step by step. I chose to prepare most documents (LOS, statement of purpose) myself with supervision of Jim Arkell, this worked very well.
