EB2 Visa Petition approved

Mr. Arkell was very candid with me from the beginning. He presented me with hard evidence and the road to follow for success. What I liked about his firm is they wouldn’t accept a hopeless case just for the sake of it. They simply wouldn’t accept some of my friends who hadn’t had what it would take ...for the road ahead. So no, they are not scamming people for money. They are timely, precise and always an email ahead. One thing I would have liked more may be a phone contact here and there. Constant correspondence via email (written evidence) carries more traction and momentum for the case. If you think you have what it takes for EB2, Mr. Arkell is the person cut out for it. They don’t promise you the moon just to walk out on you in the middle of the launchpad. So be real and honest, they will take care of the rest.

5-star EB-2 NIW service

I cannot understate how impressed and pleased I was with the service Jim and his team (and particular Kayla) provided me and my wife as we applied for an EB-2 NIW and AOS. It started with a free consultation call where Jim was positive about my chances of being approved for an EB-2 NIW and clearly la...id out my options with regard to submitting petitions and the implications for work and travel during the time our petitions were being processed. Once I hired Jim, he and his team guided us through the process of collecting documentation and letters. They were clear about what was required and were able to advise a course of action when certain documents were delayed. My impression was they were incredibly comprehensive in the package they put together for submission. And then, at the time of submission, came the most important advice we received, in my mind: We were planning to submit our petitions for I-140 and AOS concurrently, because during that time the dates were current. In November 2022, Jim and his team communicated with us that dates were retrogressing for EB-2s in December 2022 and so if we wanted to submit concurrently, the petition would have to be received by USCIS by November 31. That started a rush to collect the last of the documentation. In addition, Jim and his team advised that we could submit medical exams later when they were requested by USCIS, as these were only valid for 6 months from the time of the examination. I estimate these two pieces of advice saved us several years of waiting (the most important) and close to $1000. The first piece of advice, that we file concurrently in November, was incredibly insightful. Even though, up to then, the EB-2 had been current, after December 2022 the EB-2 filing and priority dates retrogressed for the next year and a half. If we had filed the I-140 and AOS petitions separately, we would only have been able to file our AOS early this year (2024). Instead, we received our green cards at that time. Secondly, because of the severe backlog of EB-2 petitions, our medical exams would definitely have expired and my wife and I would have needed new medical exams anyway. Jim and his team had impressed me throughout the process, but realizing the huge impact these two pieces of advice made me that much more grateful that I hired Jim and his team to guide us through this process.

Highly recommend

My experience with Mr. Arkell and his team was just smooth and great. Applying for and getting a green card takes time and needs lots of patience, so working with a well-experienced and communicative lawyers and team (Mr. Arkell!) is very important. Overall - I highly recommend them. Thank you for... helping me with this. - Strength: 1. Very communicative 2. highly experienced 3. friendly and kind staffs - Weakness: None

Great experience for NIW & EB1A

I had great experience with Jim, Kayla, Brittany and the team. They helped me to prepare for both NIW and EB1A petition, and got both approved quickly!
