I would like to give five stars to attorney Arkell team. Kayla was preparing my case for I-140 NIW petition. I was provided by the templates (only) of the reference letters which I forwarded to my referees, Kayla cross checked them before they sign the RLs. My referees were the top experts of the fie...ld and Kayla approved them after going through from their profiles. The preparation of RLs and getting signatures was a lengthy and time consuming process. Before submission of my petition to USCIS I decided to go with the premium processing. They charged me an extra attorney fees of $300 for filing petition with premium processing which I feel is not justified as I already paid them $3900 for filing the petition. So why an extra $300? It should be my choice either I go with normal or premium processing. Plus it was also not mentioned in the contract that they will charge extra for PP. For attorney fees they charged me $500 at the time of signing the contract and split the remaining in eight installments without any hidden charges. That was very helpful. Kayla was very responsive to the emails and properly guide me at every step. In short it’s a lot of work which I did at my end to draft my petition but I am happy that in the end it got approved without any RFEs. Thanks attorney Jim and team.

I first had a call with Jim Arkell, who evaluated my case and provided relevant advice on which petition to file for a green card. He listened to my concerns, especially regarding all the fees that would need to be paid, and provided helpful and solutions (multiple payments). He and his team then pro...vided me with a comprehensive agreement for a very reasonable fee that would include support for preparing and filing an NIW petition, and refiling for free in case the first petition got rejected, as well as support for forms I-485, I-131, and I-765. I then worked with his team to prepare and file the NIW petition. I could tell their expertise with managing such cases! They provided me with helpful templates for the letters of support, a flowchart highlighting all the steps of the petition process from start to finish, and they even have a website for you to upload your personal info and documents important for filing all the petition forms. I also really appreciated working with the Arkell team; they are super responsive, very supportive all along the process, help manage the multiple payments swiftly, and work very efficiently (the slowest part of my application process was me gathering letters of support). With their support, USCIS approved my petition 3 months after it was filed! I had an excellent experience applying for a green card based on an EB2 national interest waiver (NIW) thanks to Jim and the Dunn Law firm. Even though my field of experience/research was very specialized, Jim Arkell drafted an excellent NIW petition on my behalf, which eventually led to an approval!... The NIW/EB1A practice manager Kayla Clark managed the whole I-140 and I-485 application process with efficiency and utmost professionalism. My wife and I were able to complete the I-485 process with ease thanks to Kayla! I started this process while I was a graduate student, and the lawyer fees were very reasonable. Given my financial constraints at the beginning of the application process, I was especially glad for the ability to pay it all in installments.
