Very good lawyer - down to earth.

Answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly and was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my unique situation. He made sure I understood what he was explaining and said to contact him if I had further questions.

Most Helpful!

Henry is the best real estate attorney you could ask for. He is very detailed oriented, catching things other attorneys might miss. Further he was attentive to our specific needs; listening to our requests and responding in a timely fashion even during a busy holiday week.

Made a Tough Process Easier

This was the third real estate transaction for which we used Henry's services, and there's a reason that we keep returning to him. Henry is a smart attorney who is also wise about how seemingly mundane legal matters play out in real life. His good advice and encouraging support along the way were ext...remely helpful. This latest home sale and purchase was fraught with all types of unexpected challenges, but Henry walked with us through each phase and made a frustrating process a lot easier. I would highly recommend Henry's services to anyone looking for an attorney who clearly knows his stuff, but who also is able to help his clients make the best decisions for their situations.

A man with integrity.

Atty. Henry Repay served as legal counsel for the board of directors when we established our Condominium / Townhome association in Belvidere, IL. With Henry's help, we collected dues from owners who neglected to pay their assessments. Henry also served as legal counsel for the not-for-profit Midw...est Chapter of the EOS/ESD Association in Rolling Meadows, IL. He is a gifted attorney who believes not only in justice, but also in mercy.
